Controlling symptoms of diabetes is not an easy task and it depends on the level of diabetes that you have. If you have a type two diabetes problem then it can be a difficult task and you have to follow a strict and exact exercise regime. I would suggest that you start walking and swimming on a regular basis and take part in other aerobic exercises as well. Swimming is also a good option and it helps you stay fit as well. Moreover, you can opt for yoga and other similar exercises that will regulate the blood flow. Consult your doctor and make sure that you get his approval before you start on any particular exercise program.

Having a healthy balanced diet. Maintain a ideal body weight. Exercise regularly will help to control your blood sugar level.
