To control your blood sugar try to avoid sugary foods like sweets, desserts, and sodas.
    * Increase your food and vegetable consumption. Add high fiber foods to your diet,As fiber is important is because it is a healthy carbohydrate that will not raise your blood glucose level.Choose whole-grain products and brown rice over processed bread and white rice.
    * Try to consume only foods with low fat. Limit intake of butter, margarine, dressings, sauces, etc. as they are high in fat. The reason why fat is dangerous is because it affects the efficiency of your body's insulin, which is necessary to process the sugar in your blood and prevent diabetes from causing severe and permanent damage to your organs.
    * Exercise plays an important role in controlling the blood sugar level.
    * Lastly,Keep a regular check on your blood sugar levels.
