hi Ramesh, in case of diabetes more than avoiding fruits, portion control is very important. Because even a larger portion of acceptable fruits can increase your Sugar level. And also there are some fruits which r rich in fiber n doesn't increase sugar level much.
u can take guava, jamun, fig, kiwi fruit, apples, citrus fruits, pomegranate. n Fruits like bananas, mango, grapes, strawberry, custard apple should be avoided.

Eat fruits with a high fructose-to-glucose ratio such as those high in fiber. Fruits with an edible skin and seeds offer the most fiber and fructose. Fruits such as apples, pears, and kiwi are moderate in fiber. Blueberries have a higher fiber content.

    Hi Ramesh ,

Fruits normally contains natural sugars, so qty is important . Fruits are rich in vitamins & minerals, Our body needs vitamins & minerals for to maintain healthy body wt, so choose fiber rich fruits.
    Include fruits - Apple with skin (green,red),Pear, guava,Papaya,kiwi,jamun,orange,sweet line , lemon,grapefruit,fig,musk melon,watermelon----Qty up-to 150gm per day.

Reduce-Pomegranate,Banana(small)-once in 10days that to days not in night times.

Avoid-Jack fruit, custard apple,sapota,sugarcane,Grapes(black,green),mango---If you avoid fully also is good or u like to go for this kind of fruits, take only 2 months once qty should be in very less.
    Thanks

hi ramesh .. anothyer very important thing to keep in mind while eating is dont mix these fruits with any of your meal .. as in say a apple with your breakfast can raise your blood sugar . the best time to eat these fruits is in between 2 meals as in between your breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner .. that way your blood sugar would be raised in limit. and it will also help you in sugar peak hunger !
