i agree with sujeetha ... withg these foods , please make sure you use the right oil for cooking . use combination of MUFA and PUFA.
MUFA- peanut oil, mustard seed oil , olive oil ,
PUFA - soyabean, sunflower, rice bran, all vegetable oils ... hence if you are mixing 2 oils mix one MUFA and one PUFA. this way you will be able to maintain your cholesterol levels neatr normal. and with this 20 minutes of walks daily will help you further .
