Does exercise for diabetic patients help in keeping diabetes under control ?

    Yes it does, a diabetic patient should exercise one hour after eating because it helps in reducing the post prandiel blood glucose level. Some of the exercises that you can follow are like brisk walking early morning helps in controlling the fasting blood glucose level. A diabetic patient can also opt for mild walking half an hour after the lunch or dinner which helps a lot. But you have to take care that you should not do very heavy exercise empty stomach because it may lead to hypoglycemia and thus worsen the things for you. So you should always do it under someone's guidance.
