    Exercise is really very good for diabetics. A good aerobic workout for 40-45 minutes daily can help you maintain your blood sugar levels. Exercise improves the insulin sensitivity in the body and thus its better utilization and uptake. Hence every person having diabetes should do some kind of exercise,it can be a brisk walk for 40-45 minutes to help in maintaining their blood sugar levels.

    I completely agree with you swati.Exercise plays a very important role in maintaining Ideal body weight as well as maintaining blood sugar levels as well.

    Exercise has many health benefits where in diabetes, it improves the sugar level in the blood, reduces the cholesterol level in the blood- this will maintains the complications of diabetes, maintains ideal body weight, reduces the stress, gives good sleep. Exercise gives over all benefits for diabetes & for all.
