Drop in blood sugar is very common in diabetic patients who are on insulin and medications as if they are having medications which reduce their sugar, any decline in food or vigorous exercise may drop their blood sugar below standard levels and they can go into hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is the conditionin which the blood sugar drops and has some symptoms like:
    • Headache
    • Ecessive sweating
    • Trembling of legs and hands
    • Weakness
    • Dizziness
    • Low blood pressure etc.
Incase you face these symptoms you have to eat something which gives instant energy like a biscuit or a chocolate which can increase the blood sugar instantly as hypoglycemia could be dangerous.
