Can a diabetic eat almonds, walnuts and pistachios, if yes in what quantity daily.

    Hi,
    A diabetic can eat 4 Nos Almonds per day
    Wall Nuts 1 per day.
    Sorry No Pistachios

    MM Rao is right, almond & walnut are good in omega3 & 6 fatty acid & fibers but pistachios is high in calories. So better to avoid pista. Almond-3-4nos & walnuts-1-2nos.
