Diabetes Mellitus often known simply as Diabetes occurs when the body does not produce enough insulin. Sometimes, your body produces insulin but your cells do not respond to it. The former is Type 1 diabetes and the latter is Type 2 diabetes. Your body produces enough symptoms to signal the onset of diabetes. A common symptom indicating the onset of diabetes is the urge to frequently urinate. You also feel hunger and thirsty more often. Some people suffer from blurred vision. Skin rashes and frequent appearance of boils on your body could also be because of diabetes. If you have any of these symptoms, consult your doctor as soon as possible.

Polyphegia : The hormone insulin is also responsible for stimulating hunger.
Poor wound healing : Diabetes leads to thickening of blood vessels which affect proper circulation of blood in different body parts.
