    Hi Hashim,
After angioplasty we need to first wait for doctors green signal so as to avoid any risks. Exercising intensity will totally depend upon the doctors report saying that you should not go more than a certain heart rate activities. Any exercises increases our heart rate, so to keep a check on heart rate its always prescribed post heart surgery that we start with very light exercises like just movements of all joints and a normal walk considerable on treadmill so as to track your heart rate on it. Your walking pace should be such that you should not feel heavy breathing while exercising. And dont do any exercises without any supervision.

@ hashim,in your case you should better take advise from your cardiologist and then resume to any prescribed exercise. But that too should be under the guidance of a physiotherapist.Do not take any chances or hit and trial method. You are at a crucial stage.
