For temporary relief it is Anulom Vilom. For curative purpose there is a combination of different pranayam.But blood pressure patients should be very careful while doing pranayam as if done rigorously or with great force it may increase the BP.Precautions are different for BP patient than any other one.And if done very slowly it will have no effect neiter good nor bad.Hence proper guidance is a must while doing Pranayam.
start with Anulom Vilom. Continue with Cooling Pranayams like Sheethali, Seethkari, Sadanta which helps in reduction of BP. And finally Bhramari should be practiced to enhance the relaxation. But make sure that all the pranayams practiced under the guidance of an experienced yoga instructor.
