    Believe it or not there are non vegetarian foods that lower high cholesterol that you can consume. These food items have to cooked with the right ingredients to make it healthier and retains the taste of the non vegetarian food item. But first let me tell you what part of a non veg diet to avoid. Dairy products like cheese and paneer should be avoided, avoid processed f foods, red meats too should be avoided. You can however consume non vegetarian food like clean meat without fat, fish, poultry and many other products. This food has to be consumed and then exercised daily. This will help to lower high cholesterol.
