I've low blood pressure high pulse rate - Can I consume food high in salt ?

    I don't think so! In fact even healthy people should not be eating food high in salt. Your question seems to be redundant. Why on earth would you want eat food that has too much salt in it? It will taste quite horrible. If you have low blood pressure then small doses of salt will help to bring it back up. But too much of salt is not good for anything. I suggest you rethink your food habits. Use normal amounts of salt in your cooking and avoid eating too much soy as well. It doesn't help the BP levels at all.
