As rightly said, drown your worries; literally in this case! Epsom salt acts like a natural cure for low blood pressure. Add a cup of Epsom salt to your bath next time if you suffer from low BP. It is known to contain high levels of magnesium and sulphate which regulate important enzymes. Take a long bath with this water for it to be really effective. Since it is cheap and readily available over the counter at any drug store, it is one of the simplest known methods of improving low levels of blood pressure. More than that, your long bath will also help remove feet odor. A cheap effective double benefit bath is bound to leave you a happier person!

Epson salt is a best cure for low blood pressure. Hot Epsom salt bath is one of the home remedy for low blood pressure(hypotension). By this way it is related to hypotension. Use 1-1.5kg of Epson salt in hot water. This bath should take before retiring to bed.
