Varied health problems causes tension and negative feelings. To ease your health one must have a balance diet regularly. Having a good food means having good appetite.

    Having balanced diet improves the metabolism & appetite level. Fruits are improves good appetite level & improves many benefits to your body.

    Tension or stress is common problem in our pears groups better to keep away ur tension.

    Tips: Brisk walking is the easiest, and no less effective, than any other form of exercise that relieves stress. Walk at least 30 minutes a day.Other exercise like yoga , Aerobics helps to relives the stress. Listing songs is also one of relieving the stress.

    Reduce too salty foods & salt in your food to maintain ur pressure.

    Very well said. In addition, small steps such as having 10-12 glasses in day, having fruits and salads more often in diet, reducing junk food and aerated drinks. Switching to green tea instead of tea and coffee, will ensure better health.
