    Hi

Saunf or fennel has diuretic property which helps to remove extra water from the body through urination. So it is very good for water retention & good for hypertension.

    Hi Pal ,

The herb fennel has many health benefits like stimulates appetite, highly effective for indigestion, beneficial for obesity, kidney stone, nausea, improves the breast milk, etc. You can have 1 teaspoon after meals to improves digestion or include in your diet (soups, sabji, cookies, curry).
