How to raise good cholesterol foods drink?

    There are plenty of foods that are available that you can use to increase the level of cholesterol in your body. Alcohol is another aspect that has to be controlled and make sure that you dont drink too much. Having one drink a day is considered to be normal and this will increase your cholesterol levels. Stick to red wine and avoid hard liquor. Having too much of liquor can have the opposite effect and this is something that you need to avoid. Other than try and become more active and get yourself into shape. Drink plenty of water and this always helps.

    Good cholesterol-HDL is essential for our health. By eating high fiber foods, good fat foods- Soluble fibers are found in oats, fruits, vegetables, and legumes, and result in both a reduction in LDL cholesterol and an increase HDL cholesterol. Cranberry juice has been shown to increase HDL levels. Fish and other foods containing omega-3 fatty acids can also increase HDL levels.Flax seeds(rich in fiber & omega3 fatty acid) is important to increase HDL levels. Amla helps to reduce the bad cholesterol & its helpful for maintain HDL level. Drink plenty of water. Avoid smoking & limit the alcohol intake.
    Another important thing exercise, it plays more important role to increase Good cholesterol-HDL. Do any exercise for 45-60mins daily.
