    I have few qsns ....

    1. what is the best way to take it ? Shall I keep it in water overnight and take on next day morning ?
    2.Does taking 2-3 almond per day result to weight gain ?

    i like taking my almonds raw, as they are
    no soaking..nothing, it keeps the crunch in them!
    there are also smoked almonds, that taste great, but i always feel playing around with nuts makes them lose their health value... so i like all nuts raw

    and about 2-3 a day, i don't think it will! one almond has around 7 calories, time 3 = 21..... if you think of the avg adult calorie intake (daily) this is nothing!
    i think 2-3 are perfect per day!

    In the summers, soak it in water for overnight and eat in the morning & in winter eat as raw form. No , 2 -3 almond is good , its gives good amount of protein.

    I prefer to eat soaked almonds rather than raw. Because it always keeps me fit and energetic whole day. I would love to have in breakfast and after workouts.

    Having said that handful almonds is the perfect food for bodybuilders and athelets who trains everyday. As its been treating as nutrious food.

    Eat it & Exhaust it by doing workouts @ gym or any physical activity. Dont ever confine yourself especially at food because time & age will never come back.. enjoy every moment of your life.

    what we need is physical activity to be done and beware of sedentary lifestyle....
