To lower cholesterol? Yes garlic helps more in lowering cholesterol levels in your body. Even lemon is helpful but not as much as garlic but when you have lemon garlic juice, it definitely helps in the cholesterol management. And this is proven in scientific terms and not just traditional ones. Lemon garlic juice also enhances the immunity system of your body. Other than cholesterol it also helps to prevent the triggering of cancer. So yes, if you have cholesterol problems then I definitely recommend you to have garlic lemon juice. Consult your physician for the same and maybe he might suggest you some other juices as well.
