Foods that are rich in proteins. If you are trying to avoid carb rich foods then the best substitute is protein rich foods. As you are well aware proteins are the building blocks around which the body is built and they give you excellent energy as well. Proteins do not cause fat formation and anything like that so you are relatively safe. Chicken and fish are high on proteins, but make sure that you opt for lean chicken or fat free chicken. All dairy products also contain good levels of protein. Eggs, cheese and butter contain protein but they contain fat as well.

Instead of high cholesterol foods you can include high fiber foods like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, etc. Choose healthy low fat cooking styles, Add protein rich foods as well in ur diet . Protein foods such as egg white, lean meat, skinless chicken, legumes, whole grains, etc. Include low fat milk & milk products.
