    Hi Deepti,
Heart rate response to particular exercises varies from individual to individual along with this there are various other factors like type of exercise, environmental factors, emotional status, physical condition etc.

Inactive lifestyle is one of the reasons for heart diseases. Exercise improves health of heart and reduces risk factors. Heart becomes stronger with exercise, pumps in more blood with every beat and works at its maximum level, it helps in the blood circulation, improves fat and cholesterol levels, weight loss, etc. It has an overall benefit on our physical as well as mental health and well being.

Hey Deepti..... While you exercises, its the obvious response of your body to increase heart rate as heart need to pump more blood to satisfy the need of working muscles. Its a simple rule that heart rate is directly proportional to exercise intensity. More intense is your workout, more your heart rate would be.
