Yes drop in blood pressure causes various health problems . normally blood pressure is maintained at 80/120. But during certain circumstances the blood pressure may drop due to stress or tension or medical reasons like diabetes or kidney problems. it may also lead to different problems like head ache, nausea, vomiting and excessive sweat. You may find your legs getting trembled, and weak feeling. A very bad drop in blood pressure may also lead to heart attacks. In order to over this you need to have a glass of water containing electoral powder and salt and sugar in the solution instantly. This will help the person to get his Blood pressure back to normal.

When a person's blood pressure is extremely low and unable to deliver the blood to the coronary arteries, person may experience following conditions:
*Low BP causes heart fatigue and a tired heart may give out resulting in oxygen depletion for many organs. Multiple organ failure may result in a coma or death.
*Dizziness or continued fainting spells can cause severe accidents or brain damage. Brain damage may be irreversible leading to paralysis or mental problems.
*Hypotension leads to failure in expulsion of toxins from the body. The accumulation of waste toxins may lead to kidney damage.
*Low blood pressure during pregnancy is very dangerous. It is mainly the cause of dehydration and can cause fainting spells. The lack of blood flow may impede the growth of the baby as the nutrients may not reach the fetus.
*Lack of blood depletes the body of essential nutrients and the body might go in to shock causing multiple organ failure.
*Drowsiness and blurring of vision is a common symptom of Hypotension. This may lead to dryness of the eyes and severe accidents if not checked properly
*Severe infection or septicemia can cause low blood pressure and such bacterial infection causes lung or upper respiratory problems. This leads to immune disorders.
