Blood pressure is a pressure exerted by the circulating blood on the vessel wall. The blood pressure decreases as it moves towards the small capillaries and arterioles. As the heart rate increases ,the Blood pressure increases. So for the peoples who are having high blood pressure are suggested to exercises under supervision as blood pressure increases during vigorous activity.
