Exercising is a vigorous activity which requires a good amount of oxygen as well as blood supply. so to provide these needs of the body ,it increases the heart rate. Exercises are done depending upon the goal of an individual like If he want to reduce his weight or want to improve the endurance. depending upon the goal we target increase the heart rate to fat burner zone and Fitness zone respectively.

Hey Rashmi, Of course exercise elevates your heart rate. The range of elevation of your heart rate depends on factors like age, present physical fitness, weight, body type, BMI , etc. Some peoples might can increase their heart rate to fat burning zone just by doing 10 min of brisk walk and for some it may take full 20 -25 min to reach at this level.
