Low blood pressure is common among people these days and this condition is caused due to faulty nutrition. When you don't include the necessary vitamins and minerals in your daily food and eat a lot of junk food, you'll be more prone to suffering from low blood pressure. Malnutrition is another main cause of low blood pressure. Frustration and prolonged depression can also cause low blood pressure in people. Sometimes extensive blood loss can cause low blood pressure, and gradual or slow bleeding in the bladder, kidneys and gastrointestinal tract can cause instances of low blood pressure in individuals too.

In Addition, dehydration caused by severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea is one major cause of low blood pressure. If you are anemic, that might be one of the reason of low blood pressure.

Physical inactivity and low blood pressure are interrelated .Being physically active gives some relief in low blood pressure if it is accompanied with nutritious food.
