    1. Don't take too much of stress. Take a slow walk everyday and relax. Do some meditation / listen to slow music for relaxation.

    2. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid coffee/smoking.

    hi , try incorporate as much fiber as u can in ur diet , by adding salads and fruits ... these have a lot of antioxidants and will help u manage ur b.p and ur stress.. also avoid chinese food items to the max .. these have aginomoto ( scientifically known as mono sodium glutamate) which can raise ur b.p

    bottle gourd juice taken early in the morning ,regularly helps to reduce high blood pressure..

    Mix amla (Indian gooseberry) in the above juice,and take it regularly without a miss,it will help you in getting rid of BP.20 min regular Anulom vilom will help you a lot in reducing blood pressure.
