How often do you need to check your numbers by a blood pressure monitor?

That depends on how healthy you are. Of course, there is nothing wrong in getting a regular check up done just to make sure that there is nothing wrong with you. You can simply do this at home and keep a record, and you can show it to your doctor during your monthly visits. If you have abnormal blood pressure levels, then it is better to get it checked at least once in two weeks. There are several digital monitors that are available that you can get to check your blood pressure levels at home as well. Hope that helps.

    Hi Adam,
I completely agree with Supriya, it all depends on your health status. But if you are 40+ and have a positive history of hyper or hypo tension then try to check it regularly i.e once in a month.

    @ Adam .

I agree with both discussion. Now days 30+ should not have proper life styles & they leads to blood pressure, stress, depression, etc. So better to monitor weekly thrice & when ever you feel have high pressure or low pressure then check it once & take proper treatment.
