Hey People! When you are experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath, call 911, eat the apple later. The foods listed are excellent foods. However, I want to point out that eating good Saturated fats, like butter, meat from healthy, pastured animals and coconut oil HELP your heart! The low fat connection to heart disease is based on faulty science - at best, and protected by greed of food manufactors. Trans-fats, soy, canoli oils, high fructose corn syrup(along with most the other corn products),and by products of processed foods are clogging your Arteries!! When people ate diets rich in animal foods, low in grains,and refined sugars- they did not get heart attacks. Please take the time and contact the Weston A.
